A leading global technology and digital transformation company has renewed its long-term lease agreement at the CityZen office building, reaffirming its commitment to the property where it has operated since 2016.
As part of the renewed agreement, the tech company will consolidate its operations onto a single floor from autumn 2026, occupying more than 1,500 sq m. The decision reflects its continued confidence in CityZen’s ability to support its evolving business and workplace requirements.
The lease extension follows a series of improvements at CityZen, including the successful refurbishment of the building’s common areas completed last year. Ongoing upgrades, sustainability initiatives, and ESG-driven measures have all contributed to tenant satisfaction. The company’s employees also continue to value the building’s robust IT infrastructure, excellent location, and wide range of amenities.
“We are extremely proud that this leading tech company has once again chosen CityZen as its long-term office location. It has been a valued member of our tenant community for nearly a decade, and its renewed commitment is a strong endorsement of the building’s quality, reliability, and future-readiness,” said Dóra Papp-Vas, Leasing Director at Convergence.
“Our recently strengthened rebranding strategy is built around the principle of long-term value creation. Commitments from internationally recognized companies demonstrate that our continuous investments, sustainability efforts, and tenant-focused developments are delivering tangible value.”
